The battery arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I followed the charging instructions included with the battery and tested it out on my laptop. Continuous use with "Full Power" gave me 4 plus hours of service. I am positive that when I use it with the "Balanced Power" setting, I will get even longer service on the battery. The Vendor (LaptopBatteryShop) was very correct that this is an excellent battery.
